The Dexter Russell 10" Rubber Knife is a favorite with mechanical insulators. The 10" square point knife blade is easily sharpened to maintain an extremely sharp edge. Hence the name, insulators will use this knife for cutting rubber insulation with ease and precision. Rubber isn't the only type of insulation that this knife will cut though, this 10" blade allows cutting large OD fiberglass pipe insulation as well.
A 6" long rubber knife is also available.

10 inch rubber knife
Absolutely the greatest blade for cutting clean miter cuts. Its a must blade for insulation. Takes a edge extremely easy and holds it well.

Smooth cutting knife
Used it to cut Rubber insulation and it glides through each cut. The price was decent, but the shipping cost was just as much as the knife itself. Might of been with the total if I had ordered more products at the same time

Best knife I've ever used
This is one of the greatest knifes ive ever used in the insulation trade I use it every day so many different uses for it I'm about 5.9" and I can reach 9 foot walls just by using this knife they are super durable comapired to the normal smaller batt knifes I definitely give it 5 stars I'd give it more if I could
