Rubber Split w/SSL

K-Flex Elastomeric Rubber Insulation Tubes are used as thermal insulation on cold to warm residential, commercial, and industrial piping. Rubber pipe insulation can handle operating temperatures from -40°F to 220°F and is great on chilled and cold piping systems such as glycol and refrigerant tubing.  SSL split rubber pipe insulation is glued together using rubber pipe insulation adhesive and the seams are sealed by black foam tapes. Foam Tape is used to insulate valves and other hard to insulate areas and prevents condensation at exposed hangers and supports.  For exterior use, the UV Coating is recommended on pipe insulation tubing to prolong the lifespan of elastomeric rubber on rooftops and exposures to sun UV.
